Our SeaPort-e Program Management Team is committed to ensuring that our employees and subcontractors consistently meet the same rigorous quality standards. To support this commitment, Celeris has established a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D requirements, including an overarching quality policy and supporting implementation procedures.
Our Quality Assurance Program is designed to ensure that workmanship, technical performance, and inspection requirements meet applicable contractual requirements and
recognized industry and U.S. Navy standards for the relevant profession, trade, or technical discipline. Through disciplined processes, quality oversight, and continuous improvement, Celeris strives to deliver consistent, high-quality results across every customer engagement. We believe that continuous improvement is an essential element of any successful organization. Our focus on root-cause analysis and the implementation of a thoughtful corrective action plan based on lessons learned is a value-added feature of our QA system. We consider a project incomplete until we have captured the positive and negative lessons learned, which form the basis for physical, procedural, operational, training, and staffing improvements
