Workforce Connect Panel at MD&M West 2026
ANAHEIM, Calif. – February 4, 2026 – Celeris Systems Inc. announced today that CEO Angel Martinez participated as an invited panelist at the Workforce Connect event held during MD&M West 2026 at the Anaheim Convention Center. The event was organized through a collaboration between Chapman University, the Argyros College of Business & Economics, and the SME Los Angeles Chapter to strengthen connections between university graduates and leaders across the manufacturing industry.
A featured component of Workforce Connect was the panel discussion, “Talent Acquisition for Your Firm and Career Pathways for University Graduates,” which brought together industry executives and subject matter experts to discuss workforce development, career opportunities, and the future of manufacturing, supply chain management, and operations management.
Martinez joined a distinguished panel that included Karen Caswelch of bridgED Manufacturing, Kandarp S. Shah of Regulatory Affairs, Dr. Partha Dutta of United Semiconductors, and Yatri Shukla of Chups. The discussion was moderated by Monica Shukla-Belmontes, Ph.D., Dean of Applied Technologies at College of the Canyons.
