Anaheim, CA — October 27, 2026 — Celeris Systems, Inc., a leader in mission-focused digital engineering and decision-support solutions, is pleased to announce its participation as both an exhibitor and technical presenter at ITEA FORGE 2026, taking place November 3–6, 2026, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. Highlighting the company's continued commitment to advancing Department of Defense acquisition and test modernization, Dr. Suzanne Beers, Vice President of Mission Decision Intelligence, will present “Mission Need to Decision Advantage: AI-Enabled Mission Engineering, Digital Engineering, and Test & Evaluation” during Technical Track 6 – Test Planning. The presentation will introduce Celeris' next-generation iRIS Gen2 platform and demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows, mission-centric digital engineering, and integrated test and evaluation can transform complex engineering data into actionable intelligence, accelerate capability delivery, and empower defense leaders to make faster, more informed, mission-relevant decisions.

Are we there yet?

On Tuesday, November 3, Celeris Systems and colleagues from NDIA’s Test & Evaluation Division, Joe Manas and David Harrison, will present “Mission Need to Decision Advantage: World-Class T&E - Are We There Yet?” The interactive tutorial will explore why the defense acquisition community continues to struggle with achieving faster, mission-informed, evidence-based decisions, examining challenges such as limited mission context and fragmented engineering and test information across complex system-of-systems environments. Beginning with the thought experiment “If Amazon can optimize inventory and delivery in near real time, what would the equivalent standard look like for defense Test & Evaluation?” the session will spark discussion on what world-class T&E looks like and should strive to achieve. Participants will learn the theory of and industry challenges with Mission Engineering, Digital Engineering, T&E, STAT, and decision-support frameworks; and then see how they can be integrated into a practical, mission-focused workflow through the live demonstration of Celeris Systems’ AI-enabled iRIS Gen2 platform. Attendees will see how these approaches improve traceability, decision quality, and capability delivery speed, concluding with an audience discussion on what it will take to achieve truly world-class T&E.

Celeris Systems will also present a condensed version of Mission Need to Decision Advantage, including a brief iRIS Gen2 demonstration, during Technical Track #6: Test Planning on Friday morning, November 6.

Throughout the event, attendees can visit the Celeris Systems booth in the ITEA FORGE ’26 exhibit hall to experience iRIS Gen2 firsthand and discuss mission-focused decision support challenges with the team.

We look forward to seeing you in Scottsdale and discussing how iRIS Gen2 can help accelerate mission-informed decisions and capability delivery!
