17-0340 IT Savvy test Engineer

Celeris is looking for an energetic Test Engineer that has excellent communication skills and experience implementing and supporting engineering software tools. Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Manage and administer test engineering tools to track requirements, verification plans, test event schedules, test plans, test procedures, test resources, test metrics, test reports, test data and post-test analysis results.

  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of data between engineering, test and scheduling tools, including IBM Rational DOORS, Sparx Enterprise Architect, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Celeris Systems iRIS.

  • Run and maintain existing scripts to synchronize data between engineering, test and scheduling tools

  • Work directly with Government customers, industry partners, and subject matter experts to create and review test materials

Minimum Qualifications:

  • B.S. degree in STEM-related field

  • Ability to obtain Security Clearance

  • Experience using scripts to update data sets

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with integrated testing

  • Experience with systems engineering and integration fundamentals

  • Experience with ground and/or space systems

  • Experience interacting with Government customers

Wage/Salary: This is a full time position, wages commensurate with experience
