Rex Wiig is Co-founder, President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Celeris Systems, Inc. and serves on the companies Board of Directors. Prior to his current position Mr. Wiig served as Director of Operations for WFI Government Services, Applied Sciences Division. 

Over his career, Mr. Wiig has supported both large and small-scale U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and International programs from both engineering and managerial perspectives.  Rex served in the US Navy's Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) submarine program on both the Poseidon and Trident missile programs from 1978 to 1985. Upon completion of military service, Rex was hired at Rockwell International's Autonetics Marine Systems Division (AMSD) in April 1985.  During his tenure at AMSD Rex worked in leadership positions on both US and international navy programs.  These consisted of the Israeli Navy Combat System Development Program, the Australian Submarine Program and the US Navy's DDG-51 and LHD Data Multiplex Programs.  In 1990 Rex Transferred to Rockwell's Autonetics Strategic Systems Division (ASSD) and began work on the Research and Development of what would become the Minuteman III Guidance Replacement Program (GRP).  Rex co-wrote the winning MMIII GRP proposal and subsequently headed up the MMIII Operational and Maintenance Trainers upgrade program.  under Rex's leadership his team successfully completed the development, test, sell-off, and deployment of all MMIII GRP trainers in 1999 within budget and schedule.   During this period Rex also served on the Boeing, Rockwell, McDonnell Douglas Training/Trainers merger team to develop common Boeing Best Practices for training and trainer development.  Upon completion of GRP in 1999, Rex went to work at what was now The Boeing Company's Ocean Systems Division to work systems engineering integration on the US Navy Long-Term Mine Reconnaissance System (LMRS).  In June 2000, Rex started work on the National Missile Defense (NMD) Ground Based Interceptor (GBI) Program responsible for systems engineering requirements verification and mission assurance.  During Rex's tenure as manager of verification and mission assurance the GBI program successfully completed four out of five successful integrated flight tests with one being a partial success.   

Mr. Wiig is a member of the Missile Defense Advocacy Alliance (MDAA), a non-profit organization that educates both the American and the European public on the need for missile defense systems.
