James T. (Jim) Savage is Executive Vice President of Business Development of Celeris Systems, Inc. Prior to his current position Mr. Savage served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for VT Griffin.

Jim has more than thirty-five years experience serving in both government and private sector roles. He served twenty-two years federal service in Surface and Sub-surface Navy Combat & Weapons and Underwater Torpedo Fire Control Systems. His last six years served as Senior Acquisition Manager with the Federal Government where he served as NAVSEA Deputy Program Manager as well as Fleet Introduction Manager for the Surface Combatant Vertical Launching System (NAVSEA PMS -410), a one billion dollar program.

Within the past fifteen years Jim has held various key positions in the private industry such as Senior Vice President for Integrated Systems Division of CACI Technologies, Inc.; President/COO Technical Resources Sector of Wireless Facilities Incorporated (WFI)-Kratos Defense & Security Solutions and Senior Vice President for VT Griffin of VT Services, Inc.

Jim is a member of the Honolulu Navy League, President and Chairman of the American Society of Naval Engineers Aloha Section on Oahu, HI and an active member of the Honolulu Chamber of Commerce.
