Celeris Systems Awarded $11.8 Million Task Order Under U.S. Navy Seaport-e Contract

ANAHEIM, CA, August. 19, 2011 - Celeris Systems, Inc. a privately held company was awarded an $11.8M task order contract under the U.S. Navy Seaport-e Contract.

Celeris Systems, with the support of its subcontractors Lockheed Martin and Wyle will supply necessary Technical and Engineering Support Services to the U.S. Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), Division Keyport. This program includes a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods through August 2016. The contract value is approximately $11.8 million if all options are exercised.

"This important win further establishes Celeris Systems in the test and evaluation range services and support business and positions our team for a wide range of task order awards across all the U.S. Navy's western test ranges," said Rex Wiig, Celeris Systems President & CFO.

Most of the jobs will be in Keyport, Washington. There will, however, be some growth to the Celeris Anaheim office with additional administrative support.

NUWC Keyport Division provides Fleet readiness support for submarines, surface ships, torpedoes, mines, land attack systems, and Fleet training systems. Support services include in-service engineering, test and evaluation, custom engineered solutions, and cutting-edge technologies that sustain and maintain our nation's Undersea Warfare Systems. NUWC Keyport is located on Puget Sound in the State of Washington.
