Celeris Systems Teams with Northrop Grumman Corporation to win a Multi-Year SPAWAR Cyberwarfare Contract.
Anaheim California (February 1, 2011) – Celeris Systems, Inc. has won a multi-year IDIQ contract by the US Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific in San Diego, CA. Celeris Systems is teamed with Northrop Grumman Corporation and any work performed will be as a subcontractor to Northrop Grumman. The Prime Contract with Northrop Grumman is $74M base and up to ~200M maximum over the life of the contract. The contract task orders will be to "examine the science, architecture, engineering, functionality, interface and interoperability of cyberspace operations systems, services and capabilities at the tactical, operational and strategic levels." Contractors will perform operations and requirements analysis, help with concept formulation and development, run feasibility demonstrations, provide operational support, code software, and integrate and test systems. "This is a very important win for Celeris Systems," said Angel Martinez, Chairman and CEO, "now we need to focus on supporting our Prime Northrop Grumman Corporation in capturing task orders and show our new customers our ability to execute those task orders in an outstanding manner.
