Angel R. Martinez is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Celeris Systems, Inc.

Mr. Martinez has supported several large-scale Department of Defense (DoD) programs from both engineering and managerial perspectives. Prior to joining Celeris Systems in January 2006, Mr. Martinez held the position as Vice President of WFI Government Services Incorporated, Applied Sciences Division. Mr. Martinez joined WFI following its 2004 acquisition of High Technology Solutions (HTS), a diversified defense and technology company. During his tenure as Vice President with HTS, Mr. Martinez launched and managed a new engineering services sector which achieved an average growth rate of more than 70% per year for four years under his leadership.

Mr. Martinez is an active member of the Missile Defense Advocacy Alliance (MDAA), a non-profit organization that educates both the American and the European public on the need for missile defense systems. He also volunteers his time as a tutor and mentor to children of the Boys and Girls Club of Tucson, Az.

A native of Los Angeles, CA, Mr. Martinez earned a B.S. degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California in 1990.
