ANSI EIA-748 Compliance Review


ANSI EIA 748-A contains 32 compliance criteria for an Earned Value Management System (EVMS).  The 32 criteria encompass scope definition and program structure, change control, integration of program elements, deliverables, budget, controls, reporting, and management reserves.
